Speaker Bio: Rena Fatma Kotzaoglan’s wealth of operational technology cybersecurity and engineering expertise spans from Honeywell, INEOS, to ExxonMobil. Her experience as a Process Control Network Engineer at INEOS and an Application Engineer at ExxonMobil gave her the insights she needs into what vulnerabilities exist in industrial environments and the innovative paths to take to remediation. Rena repurposes such insights in her current role as a Cybersecurity Architect at Honeywell, where she conducts various cybersecurity consulting services such as cybersecurity and risk assessments and csHazops. Rena's driving force is implementing secure solutions to better protect Honeywell customers against industrial cyber attacks. Rena is certified in Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (CCNA) and CompTIA Network+. She also holds a B.Sc in Electronics Engineering.

Speaker Bio: Sema Tutucu’s 25-year career at Honeywell has ranged from application engineering to sales and now operations. After becoming even more committed to the expansion of the operational technology (OT) cybersecurity business and customer base, Sema now leads a 30+ person team of cybersecurity architects and engineers. Her team is focused on fulfilling OT cybersecurity customer needs from vulnerability assessments to network penetration testing. Sema holds a B.A.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. She is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control certification (CRISC).

Speaker Bio: Janine Oosthuizen has 20+ years of experience in operational technology (OT)/IT integration in industries such as Oil and Gas, Mining, Power Generation and Pulp and Paper. Most of her career has been with Honeywell in various roles where she’s focused on managing cybersecurity multi-site project teams. The team aims to enhance customers’ cybersecurity capability, OT systems management and integration between OT/IT multi-vendor legacy environments and across distributed networks. Janine is a certified Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the University of South Africa.

Speaker Bio: Ilkim Sude Metin brought her network and system infrastructure expertise from the automobile industry to her current role as Cybersecurity Architect at Honeywell. Her in-depth knowledge of system infrastructures aids her in providing technical support to Honeywell customers on vulnerabilities in their network and system infrastructure. Solving customer problems and seeing the outcome of a more protected system and industrial environment fuels Ilkim’s passion to continue to expand her operational technology (OT) expertise. Ilkim holds a bachelor’s in computer engineering from Dokuz Eylul University in Turkey.
