Speaker Bio: Mr Naik has 29 years’ experience in the refining industry serving various roles in operations, engineering, consultancy, marketing and program/project management. As Product Manager, he gathers customer requirements, directs development teams, manages product lines and sets strategy for UniSim Design Suite of simulation products for the process industry. Previously, he has served as product line director for consulting services in energy efficiency, GHG management, capital allocation and process safety management. He brings business knowledge to technical issues and helps solve pressing customer issues in a cost-effective manner. He believes in listening closely to customer problems and translating them into offerings to be developed by internal teams.

Speaker Bio: Jagdish Rachh is the Technical Solutions Consultant for UniSim Design Suite covering Asia & Pacific regions. He joined Honeywell in 2009 and has been working in various roles with hands-on experience using UniSim Design. He has 22 years of total work experience in the area of Process Simulation, Plant Operations, Industrial Research & Development, and Process Design. Jagdish has a Master’s in Petrochemical Engineering from M.S University, India.
