Ricky Singh is the Chief Product Officer at Redaptive. Ricky brings over 15 years of experience in business strategy and operations from both large and start-up organizations. Prior to Redaptive, Ricky was the CEO of a high-growth LED lighting manufacturing company. In addition, Ricky was a strategy consultant with Deloitte, leading finance and M&A engagements for Wal-Mart, General Electric, Pfizer, and Texas Pacific Group. Prior to Deloitte, Ricky was a member of The Financial Executive Development Program at General Electric and is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Manish K. Sharma is vice president, Chief Product Officer of Connected Buildings, where he leads and shapes product ideation, strategy, and execution. Leading in the dynamic realm of SaaS-based connected buildings, Manish brings a customer-centric approach and deep market insights to Honeywell Connected Buildings while at the same time addressing critical challenges such as sustainability, operational efficiency, safety & security, occupant experience, resiliency, and compliance, helping redefine the future of connected buildings.
Bharat Naik
Product Manager
Mr Naik has 31 years experience in the process industry serving various roles in operations, engineering, consultancy, marketing and program/project management. Currently, Bharat is the Product Manager for the UniSim Design software and he manages Connected Services alliances. He gathers customer requirements, directs development teams, manages product lines, manages partner interfaces and sets strategy for connected services for the process industry. Previously, he has served as product line director for consulting services in energy efficiency, GHG management, capital allocation and process safety management. He brings business knowledge to technical issues and helps solve pressing customer issues in a cost-effective manner. He believes in listening closely to customer problems and translating them into offerings to be developed by internal teams.
