Dan Coughlin

Dan Coughlin is a pragmatic technologist and results-oriented business executive with experience in digital transformation, data/AI strategy, and product development across numerous industrial sectors. Dan is the Chief Product Owner for the Honeywell Forge Platform. In this role he drives the strategy and delivery of the Forge Platform to the commercial building, oil & gas, and warehouse markets. Dan also serves as the Engineering Leader for Honeywell Connected Aerospace where he is focused on expanding Forge to the Commercial Aerospace and Defense markets through the introduction of new Forge SaaS applications.

Francesca Gazzola

Francesca Gazzola is a passionate, results-oriented, business leader with an expertise and established footprint in Advanced Air Mobility, UAS & UAM 5G for Airborne & Autonomous Operations, Software for Defense & Aerospace Electronics Design & Application Engineering. Francesca is a Director of Product for Honeywell Connected Aerospace where she leads Defense applications of Honeywell’s enterprise industrial software portfolio. In this role she supports digital transformation and modernization efforts in defense, including software to support the Defense Industrial Base Manufacturing and Depot operations. In this space she also supports evolving standards for Next Generation applications through NATO NIAG.

Bharat Naik

Product Manager

Mr Naik has 31 years experience in the process industry serving various roles in operations, engineering, consultancy, marketing and program/project management. Currently, Bharat is the Product Manager for the UniSim Design software and he manages Connected Services alliances. He gathers customer requirements, directs development teams, manages product lines, manages partner interfaces and sets strategy for connected services for the process industry. Previously, he has served as product line director for consulting services in energy efficiency, GHG management, capital allocation and process safety management. He brings business knowledge to technical issues and helps solve pressing customer issues in a cost-effective manner. He believes in listening closely to customer problems and translating them into offerings to be developed by internal teams.
